what does make teeth break that easy?

Need to invest in crowns. Also use more care in eating harder foods - cut them into smaller pieces and bite with less vigor. All dental work has a life span. Prepare yourself that older fillings, etc will start cracking and causing problems. Regular bi-yearly cleanings and set aside a few thousand each year to have old work redone. Partials and dentures are what you want to avoid for your future.

Lack of calcium, age, and weakness related to grinding your teeth while sleeping causes them to break easily . You could have enamels put over those teeth to protect them, or caps. If you grind your teeth you could get a special mouth guard. (not sports type.)

Switch over to grated carrots, puddings, softer foods, and raw pumpkin joice that has natural calcium to give strength to your weakening teeth. It is one of the best oriental recipes.
