You can not easily spot train (spot train = work on specific part of the body).

The best thing for a flat stomach is core excercises. You can do this by doing -

Stomach crunches
Sit ups
Holding / sucking your abs in whilst doing everyday stuff.

(to do crunches, lie on your back with your knees bent. Place your hands by the side of your head and lift your head off of the ground, after a few of these you will feel the pull on your stomach).

Do some sit-ups in reverse- sit up wit knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Rest palms on knees, put stomach in lower your torso backwards as far as is comfortable. Then turn hands over and sit up again as smoothly as possible. Repeat nine times.

Now sit on the floor with legs stretched out in front, hands flat on the floor at either sides for support. Bend one knee, keeping the foot flat on the floor. Then raise the our outstretched leg just a short way off the floor, keeping the toes pointed. Lower and raise leg four times more. Then work on your other leg and repeat five times in all.

Exercise in bed. Really. Love your buns - clinch and release muscles.

Bicycle in bed - crunch position, left knee to right elbow, right knee to left elbow. As many reps as you choose.

Penguin in bed - knees bent, feet flat, raise head, bend sideway at waist, try to touch ankles with your fingers. As many reps as you choose.

good luck
