ok, theres this guy at my school who likes me, and he makes it obvious. i want to tell him that i just like him as a friend but i dont want anyone to get hurt. how do i tell him?

this is a common situation...had hppn to me alot...just tell him that ur not interested and think of him as only a friend...unless hes asked u out dont say anything about it...if he has asked u out and he waiting for answer tell him ur not ready for a boyfriend
