i went though his phone when he was sleep he got all these number except mine plus he has pics of all different pics of these females but not one of me what should i do

Sounds like you don't trust him if you have to snoop around while he's asleep.
Just ask him about it. If he get's defensive about deleting it then something is up. I'd get defensive about you checking while I slept anyway so come up with some other way of bringing up the issue.
