Yes. I know of 4 that have resulted in marriages and children. And guess what? They're all very happy. 2 of them just got married this year. Good people! :)

Yes, I met my partner online on the 1st f Jan 04 we have been living together for nearly 3 years, and plan to get married next year.

Yes they can, my current girlfriend and I met on-line and still have a long distance relationship, so in some ways I guess you could say it's still on-line. However, we already plan to spend our life together so, I would say that it's a successful relationship. Also I have a few friends who have met their current partner on-line, and are getting ready to move in together.
