my brother is 15 year old recently his blood was checked and his haemoglobin count in blood came to 13.3 so is it good or bad or what.please help,i have heard from a relative that haemoglobin count in men should be minimum 15 or 16.SO please help its really worrying

This is still considered a normal hemoglobin count. The range is from 11-15 depending on the lab. It can also vary with age, weight and gender. People can go with hemoglobins lower that 10 as well. Remember, it is just a lab value and you need to look at the patient's status not just a number. Don't worry too much.
