no, but they definitely clashed. As did Paul and Peter (because peter wouldn't eat with non-jewish Christians). Paul said, "I withstood Peter to the face because what he did was wrong."
The early church was full of problems (just like todays), but also love and a common goal. All three of these men laid down their lives for Jesus. So I think they got their priorities straight at least in the end.

James being an Apostle did not have the luxury of hating anyone but Paul may have as he persecuted the followers of Jesus before he himself was converted.

Do not know.....doubtful. But, why do you Christians always us the word ''hate''? Such a strong word to use--------I am sorry that it is easy for a Christian to hate. It seems that would go against your religion.
