my boyfriend told me last night that he needs time off just because he feels thats what he needs to change because lately things havent been very good all we do is fight and he said that he doesnt want to be mistreating me and he needs time to think but i really dont think that he needs time to think i think he just doesnt want to be with me any more what do you people think it means

If all you do is fight then you BOTH need a break from eachother. After a little while try it again. If you're still arguing alot then break it off and move on. Life is too short for getting into a rut.

I think he could be trying to breakup with you then again he could be telling you the truth. Its hard to tell with guys but give him time to think and everything will fall in place. It may not be the way you want it to be but we don't always get what we want. So don't worry about it everything will be okay.
