It depends on how long they've known each other and how WELL they know each other. If she is the kind of person that will be compassionate and caring and understanding about his situation, then by all means, he should share his situation with her. If she is the kind that will laugh in his face or tell everyone she knows, then she is not the person for him.

He needs to be sure that him and his girl are close. Then...he needs to take her to dinner..then for a wak in the park and let her know they really ned to talk. He should let her know that he is in love,,,if he truly is,,,and let her know that he has been keeping his insecurities from her and wants to share this with her. Let her know that he is very much a man..but was born with more than just that. If she is worth all the trouble...she will respond well and be freatful to him for surrendering his feelings to her. If she loves you or is anything klike myself...it wouldnt make one bit of difference if she loves the man inside. Good Luck
