Would you consider a guy from the UK dating an American girl interracial dating? Would someone who IS racist classify this as "wrong", like a Hispanic and a Caucasian dating?

I dont think that is interracial dating at all. Alot of people think of interracial dating in terms of color and not ethnic background. That would be like me a black girl dating a dude from Africa or Jamaica, thats not interracial, but if he was white or mexican then it would be interracial.

It really depends on your beliefs. I would not let anyone elses opinion stand in my way of dating whoever I wanted. If someone had something bad to say about anyone I dated....it would have to be something other the race, wrong with him for me to listen.

no as long as your boyfriend is the same skin colour as you then they should be ok --- of course they may also have a thing against the Scots but then who said racists are rational --- sorry that they are your parents
