If by that you mean an avatar, you can make one. Go to avatars.yahoo.com and put in your ID and password and then you can make an avatar from there however you want to.
If by that you mean an actual PICTURE, you need to have a Yahoo! 360 account. That's kind of like myspace. However, you HAVE to be 18 to get that. If you are, you can make one, and put a picture of yours on the Internet and use that as your icon.

well if u r talkin about the face that appears next to everyones answers and that is an avatar and it will appear when you go to your mail. just click on the screen where it should be! and if ur talkin bout ur regular face: well remeber that lady who her face transplant????..................find her maybe she'll tell ya!!!! or a plastic surgeon might help
