Because it's a diarrhetic. An excess of alcohol will cause diarrhea.

If it's an allergic reaction, you are allergic to one of the additives.
This could be one of the following:

Brewers yeast

Corn

Eggs

Grapes

Molds

Sulfites

Pesticides

See your doctor if your diarrhea symptoms include any of the following.

1- A sustained fever of over 101°F
2- Abdominal pain more severe than the "churning stomach" sensation normally associated with diarrhea
3 - No progress or a worsened condition after three or four days
4 - Blood, pus or mucus in your stool
5 - Inability to keep liquids down, lasting for more than 24 hours--or other signs of dehydration such as constant, extreme thirst, tongue dryness, sunken eyeballs and cracked or dry lips
Although these may be symptoms of minor ailments, all require a doctor's attention for diagnosis.

It also could be from a culture in the wine that your system does not like.

This is especially true for "new" wines that are not aged.

Many micro-brew beers have the same problem because they are not pasteurized like major labels.

Like any produce product that is not cooked, you can bring in bacteria from the field and help it grow. Even if it is produced without contact from any fertilizers, birds still can defecate on the fruit while in the field.

Then think of the hygiene of the low waged people who may be harvesting the fruit on a per container rate
