The gelatine in it will do her good, but be careful of the sugar. Cats like people can have quirky tastes. I've had cats in the past that have liked custard, baked beans and raw potatos.
Provided you give her a balanced diet, the odd little tit-bit of whatever she fancies will do her no harm.

i dont know, weird, but let it eat jello its better than my cat bringing baby moles onto my porch! my nephew used to have a rabbit that ate grapes! dont worry about it!
