not more than 1400. simple rule is to take in less and burn out more, the extra energy comes out of the fat stored in your body and hence u get slim.
basically dont worry abt calories, if u want to get slim eat 3 times a day but ur food should not be bigger than ur palm, an easy way to control food and calorie intake.

Ur weight seems to be ok. In any case, it is better to eat sensibly good nourishing food, take light exercises and brisk walks for weight to come to normal. It may be worth noting that eating slow, by chewing each morsel 32 times helps.

Hi there!

It depends on what your BMR is. That said, I would guess you are around 1500/day, so I would start there. However, you need to stick to this, finding someone knowledgeable to encourage you with this, would also be helpful.

I believe this answers your question, but if not, you may email me.

Good luck on your diet and fitness goals!

your body mass index is normal at 22 with the weight and height that you gave us ... you don't need to loose any weight. Maybe what you do need (if that's what you mean) is to tone your muscle a little?

Eat well and exercise, that's all.
