Take her out for a drive or take her out in a double decker bus along the most scenic route your city offers. Then get off someplace by the sea-side, watch the sun set, hold hands and present her with a card you've made or purchased and a small purse or chic mobile holder( the fancy types available with sequins et al in most stores today). Share some time together. Have a snack at McDonalds or the like or just Bhelpuri would also suffice, and see her home.
Don't forget to give her a special good-night kiss!
P.S. All this will work only if she's a romantic. If not, just buy her the purse or some trendy watch or trinket, and get it over with, no mush....

give her something useful as in observe what she needs the most right now if she is college anice trendy bag wud be gr8 and u get nice ones in 350 -400 then take her out for a movie spend time together and make her feel special switch off ur mobile and spend somequality time .. rememmber why u fell for her at the first place and tell her that ... have a gr8 time together is the word

Buy a card and a pair of silver earrings. Go to a nice coffee pub, buy two cuppa coffees and a pastry/brownie. Put a candle and celebrate amongst yourselves. Enjoy the moment and cherish every bit of it!!!
