Well,as we age,our minds seems to develop too and some of the earlier 'files' that we had will be 'stored' somewhere in our brains.I seemed to have forgotten most of my childhood memories. Is there really a way to bring back these 'files'?

Well, if you've got any old photographs, sit down at the table and go back in time. If you don't have photos, maybe you've got some old newspapers or magazines. Whatever vehicle you use to journey back down memory road, you're going to have to let your mind open up and have time to feel your way back. Think back to bigger, more memorable events and take it from there- like the first day of school, how'd you ride home that day? Slowly absorb from there. Was it a sunny/rainy day? Where was your school? Recall your first grade teacher? You know , one thing will tie in with another, but it could take a while to "free" the memories- give it time.
