Low fat beans are generally healthy as they contain less sugar, salt and fat.
The healthiest way to cook and egg is to boil or poach it.
Bread (especially homemade) is an essential food and therefore should not be cut out altogether. However reducing bread intake is OK.
Beans are a very good substitute for meat. A mixed bean casserole is very tasty and satisfying. Also any recipe for Chilli or Spag Bol can have the meat left out and beans replace it.
Most flavoured waters contain hidden and artificial sugars. Aspatame is an artificial sugar and is EXTREMELY bad news. Aspartame has been known for triggering MS (Multiple Sclerosis)
The best water is filtered water straight from the tap. However some water filters contain Silver Chloride to make the water look more sparkly. So this needs to be checked on.
All rice is good for you, but if you can face it (and I can't) brown rice or Wild Rice are better options.

To answer your ?'s baked beans are very healthy because they are loaded with fiber. Just try to stay away from the ones with lots of extra flavorings. The healthiest way to cook an egg would be to poach it. Take a pan of boiling water and place the egg in the boiling water and after the egg white turns white like when you fry eggs then it is done and you do not loose any of the nutrients. There really is no good replacement for bread. If you are going to use bread use the multigrain variety they have better nutrients than plain white bread. Most flavored water has an ingredient call aspartame which actually does not help the body use the water like it is supposed to. So plain water is the best. Last but not least The best type of rice is brown rice because it does not have as much carbs as white rice.
Hope this helps. Have a great week.

Not too sure... i only ever use easy-to--boil-in-the-bag stuff!

Oh, if you like spinach or celery they have negative calories. Basically, you burn more caleries eating them then you get from them. (there are others in this list, but I only remember these 2). Spinach on an ASDA mini margarita pizza is great!

Good luck getting more answers, but dont skimp on the Christmas Dinner!

Baked beans are very healthy. All beans are healthy.
Best way to cook an egg - poached - no butter or oil.
Good replacement for bread - Milton's Mult-grain bread - just limit youself.
Recipes for mixed beans - make a cold bean salad.
Flavored water - Nope - just drink good old fashioned water.
Best rice - forget the rice, eat barley cooked in chicken broth. If you have to have rice use brown rice. You can also cook 1/2 brown rice with 1/2 barley - much healthier!

Sounds like your making some good changes! Good Luck!

*Baked beans usually contain a LOT of sugar.
*Hard boil the egg.
*Whole wheat bread is fine. Anything whole grain can be used.
*Try eating Edimame (Ed-i-ma-may). Those are soy beans in the shell....you put them in boiling water for 5 minutes and then eat the beans right out of the shell. Very good for you and no added fat.
*As long as the water doesn't contain added sugar, it's the same as non-flavored water. Propel waters contain sugar.
*Brown rice is best.

Lot's of questions there
Beans, yes, pretty good,
Eggs, poached, boiled, omelette........basically avoid too much oil.
Bread........stick with whole grain and don't use butter or butter replacements and it's pretty OK
Soy and Kidney beans.........not sure about them
flavoured water, Any way you stay hydrated is good, avoid things with excessive sugar or caffine.
Rice, brown is by far the best, and nicest in my opinion

enjoy your new found healthy lifestyle
