I got it from having 3 babies 2 years apart each. My arms and legs are skinny and in shape, but my belly and hips are flabby. Any ideas on what foods to watch out for and what kind of exercises can get my mid section back to pre baby shape would be great!

You can do sit ups and only eat salads, do anything to work your abs.

First, you need to concentrate on Cardio exercises. Run, Jog, do anything toget your heart rate up for at least 30 min a few days a week...the more you do the better the results will be. Add in abdominal exercises...but you'll never see those defined muscles is fat is lying over top.

Cut way back on fats. Boost your fat burning cardio workout. You always must be challenging yourself in that area. And get yourself a copy of 8 minute abs. I have had 2 kids and depression weight gain and have always lost the weight and flab with this regimine. In fact I just lost 48 pounds in 6 months. I am fit once again. Good luck.

Sit ups & crunches. Twists, Stop eating befor yer stuffed!

well i wouldnt know i am only 16 and i havent had kids and i have a perfect stomach because i work out and do 250 crunches every single night and it works for me then again like i said i didnt have kids.
