Has anyone stayed at the Palm Terrace Villas in St. John USVI?

I will be going to St. John USVI in June. Can anyone give me any information on these villa's? I'm wondering if they have a washer, dryer included, if it is in a nice area? If it is within walking distance to restaurants, etc.?

A co-worker stayed there in September and said it was very nice. I don't know about a washer and dryer, but she said that she could walk to town. St. Johns is small and there is not much in the way of a town there, so be prepared for limited choices.

The co-worker is now on her honeymoon and won't be back for two weeks, so I can't get your other questions answered.
