Walmart
FredMeyer
Home Depot or Lowes
If you are going to do it on a refrigerator you will need to rough up the surface a bit for it to adhere - you can purchase TSP at any one of the above stores and wash down the part of the fridge you are going to paint. It goes on easy should be no problem. There is also hints on the individual paint cans.

Chalkboard paint is available at any home improvement store
(Lowe's, Home Depot, etc.) I have also seen it at Walmart in the paint dept.

Sherwin Williams, Lowe's, HDepot.

I think you'll have to prime before you use it though, unless the blue has a sort of matte finish to it.

most DIY shops,,i would try putting it on with a little paint roller, that way you would probably get a more even finish.
