They are good, But I would go with a Sony Cyber shot, they are incredibly easy to use, and the picture quality is great! the screen is big, and I just have nothing bad to say about them I actually have bought 3 in the past year. The first one I broke, then i got a new one, which i still have and works great, but then i found one that was pink so I bought that one too. Seen as how I travel with out my husband I can justify spending $500 on one so we both have a camera. They are great or else I wouldn't have spent $1500 on 3 of them this year.

someone said 'if you want HP buy a printer'. Better a Canon or Olympus. HP are good and cheap but depends on how money you want to spend and what you need the camera for.

Hp is also a good brand but Kodak & Canon is much better in digital cameras.

I've used several different brands (to determine what to buy) and I decided on the HP for 2 reasons
1 price
2 I have an hp all in one printer combo and absolutely love it.

They have cheap cameras. They might be good for ocasional snapshots with friends.
But if you need something more professional, go for the real camera manufacturers (Canon, Nikon, Pentax, Olympus and so on).

Yuppers. I have one and it works great. HP is developing quite the reputation for making dependable hardware all around. My printer is 5yrs old and it still works fine.
