i try to buy online but some websites say if billing info dosent match the one on the credit card your purchase wont be processed. i dont know the billing address so is there any where i can use the card?

Ya it's called prison, Stop by your local Police Department and ask them, they know all the websites that don't check if you are the owner of the card.....
