It is very impossible to lose weight naturally and fast. Unless you take slimming pills, but the side effects are great and can make you go fat the moment you stop taking the medication, which I don't suggest you should try that. Worst case is it may cause your life if the pills don't suit you!

The best is to excercise or jog, even though the results may take a long time but the results will remain through excercising!!

the fastest way to lose weight healthily is to go on ajuice detox i did it and lose half a stone in 7days and felt great. you have fruit juice(i drank innocent smoothies, they contain no additives or sugar) for breakfast and again for lunch and for dinner have a balanced meal that contains lean protein like chicken or fish wholegrain rice/pasta/bread and lots of veg. snack on fruit/nuts/seeds or rice cakes with cottage cheese or hommus. It was a very similar diet to this that helped jordan shift her baby weight fast. its very effective.
