Your right...this does seem to be a big problem. You need to sit down with someone you trust..even possibly a professional, and decide on an anger outlet that will work for you. Its likley that these feelings arent going to go away...so you need to give yourself the tools to deal with them before the anger strikes. Different things work for different people, counting to ten...,using a stress ball..., however, I think with as strong as the feelings you are haveing are, you need to compleatly remove yourself from the situation . Good luck finding what works for you.

Have you ever been to counseling for anger management? Seriously. Are there issues in your past that need dealing with, that are causing you to act out in these ways? It might benefit you to see a therapist and get to the bottom of this. I'm glad you have a friend who is there to encourage you and help you. Good luck.

ive got soo soo many friends like that and im always the one getting them out of it....basically i always ask them whats wrong..find the main reason for you being that upset...i dont lie to them but i just say ok this is the bad things that could happen now and here are the good things that will happen..if that is confusing to you then ill give you an example...my best guy friend is on the football team..his g/f was telling him that he can miss a practice or two for her..he got totally pissed off and he pushed her and got in trouble got booted off the team, o.s.s and she broke up with him....he was doing crazy things he felt so bad and shity and took his anger out on everything!...hes really good now because i told him she was a total ***** and he should be happy to be single..hes a good looking guy and could get anyone he wanted and now that he is off the football team he likes soccer and is available to try out for that now and he wont have to deal with the dike of a coach he had(yes the assistent coach was a dike and she made her self like the main coach) and yea he got o.s.s but now he can finish up his work and bring his spanish grade up....but i told him he should never aggressively touch a girl no matter how bitchy they are....so basically what im telling u is that u need to look at the reason u are mad and tell yourself the good and the bad and do better next time..if u want u can send me your problems or post them on here and i will try to help u with questions/problems on here...it always made him feel even more shity than he did before he let out his anger...also id find a friend(obviously the one u got now) and ask her if its ok if u let your anger out on her..no tlike hitting but if u can yell at her...yelling always made my friend feel better...i told him i know its nothing towards me so he can yell at me whenever u want..umm i hope this helps its kind of hard to help someone with that problem from on the internet...good luck!

Its all in your head. Only you can control your emotions, no one can help you out, even if they do the effect is only temporary.

If you feel like you going to burst, then go and take a cold shower, go for a swim, walk away, count to ten, go to a wide field and scream your lungs out or find someone to talk to.

If matter still persist then you need to seek medical help.

Good Luck.

you have to control yourself. if youre having problems controlling yourself and cant work it out on your own, you should consider seeking professional help, because on aggressive outbreak could land you in jail or doing something that you really dont want to do. your friend wont always be there to calm you down. Like i said, it has to come from you. Good luck

You have an anger problem. If you can't afford counseling, try a preacher at a church for help.
