Mindfulness Meditation practiced 10 min. a day greatly increases a person's Motivation and will-power, increases cognitive thinking, produces patience and self-control and most definately helps a person overcome anger, and irritability. The best thing is it produces peace and happiness. It also erradicates boredom, which is the #1 cause of laziness.
Just type in Mindfulness Meditation in the search area of your computer, or read the book, "Coming to Our Senses" By: Jon
Kabat-Zinn. It is easy to follow and understand, and is very beneficial for all people to read and to put into practice.
I'll share with you this much, "There is nothing weird or creepy about Mindfulness Meditation.
It is very similiar to the Mindfulness of Breathing." It is quite easy to learn and a person only needs to practice this 10 to 15 min.
a day, in order to see the successful, beneficial results.
Mindfulness Meditation has been proven to be Very Effective by Scientists, Medical Doctors, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapists throughout the World.
You asked an Excellent Question.
Happy Holidays to you and to your family.

Laziness is the natural state for a human being.
The problem is that your capacity for actually doing anything contracts with time, so the more time you spend doing nothing, the less you feel like doing and you end up on a downward spiral into apathy and depression.
You must simply kick yourself up the backside and get on and do something. The more you achieve, the more you'll be able to achieve as your capacity expands to accomodate the demands made upon it.
Good luck.

What kind of question is this?
What do you want to do with your life? What are you going work at to get there? You have no direction in life and it is easier for you to do nothing that do something you like...
Write down a goal for next year how you are going to acheive this goal.....Education, a job, etc....
Your diet is a big thing too, your body is growing and dieing all of the time. You have to feed it to feel good....write down what you eat, how much sleep you get for a month....
Self modivation help is what you need...
Read any book by Dr. Michael Samuels, and Think and grow Rich, by Napoleon Hill.....it will show you how others have done it.
Then it is up to you.....you are incontrol of how you act and react to everything....
good luck my friend

Not sure of your situation but ..
1 Have a healthy diet
2 Regular exercise
3 Good sleep
You could also try vitamins (depending upon what you eat) and extra pils Gingo Biloba / Ginseng etc. Fruit juice in the morning helps me

It's a choice, mate. You either choose to sit on your bum, or you choose to get up and do something.
Sitting at your computer asking silly questions is an example of choosing to sit on your bum.
