Im 15 and im on a diet! healthy, I just need to know how many calrories a day i shoud have. I weigh 48 kilos.

You're 15 and you weigh 48 kilos and you're on a diet. Bad.
At your age you're probably still growing, and at your weight, losing any more could be seriously bad for your health, unless you're like three foot tall.
If you have legitimate concerns about your weight (which I doubt), go see your doctor, who may choose to refer you to a dietician. It sounds more like you're trying to be a super-skinny nothing, though, so why don't you focus more on fitness and health instead of becoming a stick insect. Skinny does not necessarily equal healthy, honey.

At 15 years old and 48kg, you shouldn't be dieting, at that age, it could do yo more harm than good.

The problem is you're being influenced by all these 6ft beanpoles on the catwalks, but 48kg is a moderate weight for your age.

Ideally, women should eat around 1750-2000 calories a day, and men should eat around 2250-2500 calories a day.

You should arrange an appointment with your local GP, and get a general health-check before undertaking any form of diet or strenuous exercise, but don't just go on fad diets because you want to be a size 4, no good will come of it.

your 15, and weight that little. you dont need to diet, dont be peer pressured into looking like a stick, i know its not easy because in hollywood there are many so called "women" who are painfully thin and it is no good, you need to be healthy and not thin or fat.
Take a look at people like shakira, jessica simpson, beyonce and j.lo... they have fantastic figures and are beautiful, who wants a body like nicole richie or mischa barton, they have no meat on their bodies.
I say you should eat about 1600-2000 calories a day to help you grow into a woman!
