You want an honest answer?

Yes, it's illegal, if you don't have the other person's permission. It is wrong - in my opinion, it's a horrible thing to do. Is this bloke really so messed up in the head that he has to get his kicks fro knowing that his sexual partners are unaware of being filmed? If that was my ''friend'', I'd knock him into the middle of next week for behaving like a complete ar$e. Oh, and the same applies to anyone who condones this disgusting behaviour.

Your mate better start praying that the women he is taping do not find out he does it. He could be living in the homeless shelter by the time the women are done with him.

yes it is wrong even more if the other person does not know about it if any of the women find out they could go to the police and he will end up in prison it is illegal so i wouldnt even bother thinking of doing it yourself it is worse if he is making copies and giving them out

It is morally wrong.
Also it is illegal.
Selling copies of these videos carries a custodial sentence, which will harm his future career prospects and also will put him on the sex offender list!

So ask him if a minute of titillation is worth potentially ruining his life for!!

Best tell your mate that what he is doing is illegal and he could find himself on the sex offenders register bet he would not be so keen to show that bit of paper around

Oh my God, what a looser. Of course it's illegal. He better hope those women don't find out. He will go to prison plus he will be sued. And yes, it is also wrong of him to film women without their knowledge.

In the U.S. it is illegal. You need to have two forms of ID and written, signed consent from all models to show or sell porn.

Other than that it is just plain sick. he should have his N**s cut off.
