I have a Cannondale road bike. Thin tires. I can't read the letters on the side - they are worn off. What pressure should the tires be?

Around 90 to 100 psi should be a safe amount.

However if the numbers are worn off, it may be best to get a new set of tires. You do not want to have a sudden failure if your sire are very worn or too old.

Road bike tires usually run about 100-120 psi. Vredestein brand tires usually run at 145 but those and track tires (which I seriously doubt you have) are the exception.

Despite the recommended pressure, you can adjust it a few psi up or down depending on your riding preferences. Running the tires too soft makes them more vulnerable to flats. Run the tires a tad below recommended pressure if roads are wet (95-110psi) so tires can conform to road surface and provide some extra traction.

Most road bike tires are about 110-120 psi. If you're not sure, just get some new tires. If the embossing has worn off the sidewall, the tires probably aren't that great anyway.

Probably between 100 and110 lbs unless they are special tires that require really high pressure. Take a wheel to the bike shop They will let you know for sure

Well you can just guess it,it will be about from 100-125 psi but i think you should go to a nearby shop for similar tyre as on your bike and just see the letters mentioning how many psi.

110 is a good all around pressure for your tires, you can change it around as per the other poster said but for general riding go with 110
