my girl friend and i were together for 2 and half years and we just broke up. How long should i date before i start dating?

When you are over her and feel totally ready for it. the moment you know its not going to be a rebound case of dating you can start. this takes about 8months, well with me it did.

You could start casual dates right away. . .Make sure you are over this girl before you get serious about another. You wouldn't want to break any hearts.
