I've tried and tried but with no success i cannot whistle with my fingers. I can whistle without them but not very loud can some1 help me. I wud be very greatful. Thanx

I use to do it to get my children home in the neighborhood...I don't know if I can explain it, you may need a visual aide...but I'll try...
With your thumb and pointer finger, roll your tongue back just at the tip, then try and whistle like you normally would...I remember practicing over and over on Christmas, as a matter of fact when I was 12, I finally got it. Good luck

roll back your tonue, either use the first two fingers with both hands, pull your lips in like you have no teeth and place your fingers on your bottom teeth touching your tongue just below the tip and blow slowly. move your fingers about until you find the place where the whistle will happen. takes a bit of practice to find the spot but its there.
wish one hand use your middle finger and thumb and do as above.

I have never been able to do it successfully, but the principle behind it is that you have to create a VERY small space for the air to go through. This space is created between your fingers and the tongue. So if you aren't having success, try making the gap smaller.
And if you figure out any tricks, let me know!

wet your fingers and whistle the way you would with out them in your mouth
but put your fingers to the corners of your lips to the middle of your tounge
as you practise the whistle will get louder
it takes practise to do it
i didn't learn till i was 19 lol

Whichever fingers you use, the must meet at the tip of your tongue, light pressure, try slightly different angles, have to keep "practicing" takes several tries to get it right, then it gets louder and better.

Ok, put you thumb and "bird" finger touching each other in a sorta circle, place the under your're tongue, and begin, it will take a few times, but you will get it!

As she said to Bogey "just put your lips together and blow" but in your case its third finger and thumb in mouth and your mouth open with your tongue on the bottom of your mouth and blow

roll your tongue back and place (two fingers each from both hands) on it and have a go untill you get the right placing.

use your 2 small fingers and push the tip of your tongue back so it folds over then blow...........easy.
