unfortunately spot reduction is not only unlikely, from all fitness experts and health professionals, its impossible. Reduction of bodyfat is the only feasible concept. A healthy balanced diet with negative caloric intake is the way to reduce bodyfat. This can be done with a combination of aerobic conditioning and resistance training. Consult a QUALIFIED fitness professional if you have little knowledge in this area.

Many patients ask me how they can slim down. I am against prescription pills because I prescribed them many years ago, and some of my patients became very ill.

I now recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using an herbal diet patch called Curb Your Cravings. This particular patch releases the correct dosage of a completely safe herbal mixture over a 24 hour period.
You can pick up a one week free sample of the patches (be aware, they do charge $5.95 for the shipping) at http://www.alllsite.info/herbal-weight-loss-patch.php . My patients have seen fantastic results with this particular non addictive weight loss aid.

Unfortunately. There is no way to pick where you lose fat. This is purely genetic. Some people lose fat on their thighs first, some people their back.

However, to reduce bodyfat you need to start an exercise regiment which includes cardio and strength training. That with a clean diet will help you lose the fat.

Just be patient and stick with it.

Please feel free to contact me if you have more questions.
