Yes, I bought one in the store that way. I put it in the microwave, per piece, and it tasted just like homemade.

Yes you can, but I would wait to put the meringue on until you are ready to serve it. Just thaw the pie and add meringue fresh and throw under the broiler for a few. It will make the pie seem fresher too with a nice warm meringue on top. enjoy!
