If you pay enough, and rent out the entire restaurant for your party, you can certainly eat au naturel - though you can wear a tie as a nod to formality. Just don't nod anything else.
Alternatively, you can dine at naturist restaurant - for example the one below in a 'clothing optional' resort.

I certainly hope not - how off-putting while eating! Yuck! My dad and stepmum have a friend who is a 'naturist' as they call themselves, and he goes to some centre where they have a GYM (imagine that!) so I guess they have their own restaurants too. I suppose the chefs and waiters are naked too - how delightful!!
