please help im trying to tone down after the holiday any suggestions? good ones please

The best cardiovascular exercises you can do are jumping rope, running, jumping jacks, or anything that gets your heart rate going for extended periods of time.

Running is the best cardio exercise , and it's even better if you can do it in the morning on an empty stomach , as you body will use the fat tissue for energy....

Brisk walking for 20 to 30 five days a week, Stairmaster, 20 minutes a day five days a week, elipticle trainer 20 to 30 minutes five days a week. Anything to get your heart rate up. Shoveling sand into a wheelbarrel and moving it from one place to another.

If you have access to a pool, swimming is the best excercise. It will work every muscle in your body and will not wear down your joints like running will do.
