i know this may seem a little silly but i really need to know how i can accumulate some credit.

im a full time student who is on a very very tight budget, one wrong move could set me back fiancially.

I dont want credit cards or anything like that but what could i do.

Like Kevin said, you could try New Millennium Bank for a credit card, but those are really for people who've already ruined their credit, or are unemployed. With those kind of cards, you pay over $200 before you can even use the card in fees.

The reason using a credit card helps you is that if you only charge what you know you can pay for (even if it's just a cellphone bill every month) you build up a good payment history. And that's very important to do when you're young. Also a good way of practicing being responsible.

The best way to do it would be to get a secure loan from your bank. You can start with just $ 500.00. Once you get a loan and start paying on it. It would go on your credit and help you building it.
