if i drive 50mph instead of 70mph.?

Your question is very very wild. I mean there are milliongs of answer and not a clear cut one. However the most general term would be that you would be able to save from 8 to 10% of the fuel amount by reducing the speed from 70 to 50 mph.
If the 11 mpg was measured at the 70mph speed, then you would end up with about 10 mpg. But if the 11 mpg is a figure given by the company, than it might be already recorded at the 50mpg stage.
