Could be mange or could be ringworm, a yeast or fungal infection. Ringworm is contagious to humans, so are some forms of mange...take her to the Vet, they will do skin scrapings and/or fungal cultures...dont wait any longer, just incase it IS something contagious! Good luck!

Does your dong have fleas? It could be a lot of things- dermatitis, or allergies to food or if you live in hot weather that could trigger it too. Dogs often have allergies to the food you give them. If there is rice, or wheat or corn in the food- that often causes a problem, so check your food lable. I wouldnt assume it is mange unless it looks absolutely awful- It will look really bad, hair will fall out in the areas and it will be itchy... same effects as really eveything I listed actually. If youre very worried about it, go see your vet, because there are 2 kinds of mange one is contagious, one is not.But I wouldnt go straight to thinking its mange just yet. - Becky- dog groomer

It is difficult to explain what mange may look like on your dog. The best thing to do is to take your pet to the vet and have him/her diagnose it. If it is mange it needs to be treated with specific medications and cannot be treated at home. Good Luck.
