Napoleon' sup[er weapon was cannons, in particular their large numbers and their rapid rate of barrage (the English had less, but were more accurate and better drilled).
This barrage was intended to soften up the enemy before the Napoleon's the super weapon, the heavy cavalry or cuirassers, who were large men on massive horses intended to completely shock the opponent infantry into a disorderly rout (basically running away). Napoleon's use of his heavy cavalry with brilliant tactics caused him more victories than Julius Caesar.
Also horse-men with accurate guns such as the Napaleonic Carabiniers, were very effective at being rapid, manouvreable and accurate.

For the British, their superweapon came in the form of superior tactics of Lord Wellington, who used innovative infantry tactics, drill and superior discipline, fire control to disadvatage often much larger numbers of enemies.

Whereas the Napoleonic army may have used great force, Wellington used terrain and tactics and better discipline.
