neurotic anxiety is a term used to describe a thinking process that causes us to have a lot of stress and anxiety. the symptoms can in clude anxiety, depression, worrying a lot, concerned about body functions, panic attacks, phobias, feelings of helplessness. it is curable, usually through therapy with a psychologist. it can take a while, but can have good results. medication is some times used also to help with the symptoms, while the person is in therapy

it all depends on the person if it is hereditary then more than likely no but if not ya , its all in the head.
