No. A bad diet affects the overall quality of your skin but it can't give you acne. Acne is generally hormonal but the condition can be helped by using the right products on your skin and getting into a regular, tailored cleansing routine.

I really have no idea...I do know that chocolate has some anti-oxidants. It is also good to eat somewhat of a measured dose daily because it acts like a stress reliever, uh, anti-depressant, so to speak. So, my advice is eat up. Yum.

It contains a lot of fat and a lot of sugar. If you have a tendancy to be spotty, a fatty sugary diet will make things worse.
