It shows the GRAVE PUNISHMENT
In Islam we beleive that when we die our soul and mind will remain alive but our bodies will die. Whilst in the grave we will be approched by angels that will punish us there. And i guess this picture is only about a day or soo after the body was actually buried

I'm not absolutely convinced those pictures are genuine. I've seen plenty of dead bodies in various stages of decay, and at many different times after death. I've never before seen a body that looked like this. I think it's a hoax, I could be wrong, but that's my opinion.
I'm sticking with hoax. Aside from the fact that this looks like a really bad make-up job, there are no eyebrows, nipples, or male genitalia on this body. I have to assume it's a male as it has no breasts, yet it appears to be wearing ladies underwear. What may be a navel appears to be too high.The list goes on. Stop your spamming.

you can tell just by the mouth that the body is fake, also at that stage of decomp there wouldnt be any blood left. he would ahv already bleed out or the blood would have dried out already. nice pic but definatly a fake. the mouth and blood are dead give aways sorry

So its a picture of a dead body. In case you didn't know millions of people die every day. I worked in a funeral home, they all look like that after some time if you don't embalm them, depending on how they die. What is your point?

It's fake.
The level of necrosis showing on the skin would mean that the blood present would have oxidized to the point that it would no longer be red, but brown.
