'Need'? Or 'feel like having'? Sounds like a mere preference to me; I always feel like a glass of milk with a piece of cake or biscuits, especially if chocolatey... I wasn't aware there might be a reason.

When I eat chocolate on it's own I can't sleep (probably because of the caffeine in it) but after drinking milk I crash out, no worries!
So milk seems to mellow out the effects of caffeine :)

because you like the taste of it without you knowing you have wired your brain to say hey i love milk after chocolate.another example is when look at some type of food( maybe just a pic)and you can taste it and you are only looking at it. you wired your brain to do that,
