'If you ever want anyone just to talk too, without them giving you advice, or a comforting shoulder to cry on, without them whingeing about your make up smudging on their top, or if you just want someone for company, without them trying to cheer you up, then I'd like you to know, that as a friend, I will always be here for you, through all the bad times, and all the good times.'

Say things like you are so beautiful and perfect, and i cannot understand why he was an asshole to you. Say ' I dont know how long it will take but he will regret leaving you, and you will be with some other amazing guy, who knows what your worth, and you will turn and tell him to F*** O**, and it wont cost you one bit of emotion'

No matter what you do, do not force her into moving on, do not answer questions like 'why me?', 'do you think he is thinking about me?', 'what did I do wrong?'. Tell her that guy must have been a complete D***head to have let her slip away!, Oh and tell her how special and strong she is.

None of this may solve the problem if she is truly devastated, but they will give her a temporary lift.

i'm contained in the exact same issue...and its so not undemanding to administration the undeniable truth that at the same time as the guy is determining on no matter if to come back decrease back, you're going about lifestyles with merely him on your ideas and not in any respect some thing else...I did some thing that helped me and also you may opt for to attempt it too. commence writing down the way you experience - a letter to him that you neednt submit - it is going to take the risky potential from you and help you objectively opt for if it is a few thing you rather opt for. attempt this as many times as feasible, extraordinarily in moments once you omit him. the different element is persistence - coz desire anticipates, faith believes and persistence quietly waits. If it comes decrease back to you in the way you needed, its yours and could not in any respect go away. yet when it doesnt, time will tell that there is someone more beneficial accessible who's able to perch on your shoulder and not in any respect go away you. in the period in-between, keep your ideas inquisitive about artwork, paying for, examining, exercising recurring,,videos or music - it could be rather difficult yet when you're contained in the midsection of this, who's acquainted with there's a ignored call from him, that you likely wouldnt discover the time to go back.... sturdy success to you...i desire it rather works properly for both one human beings..

Are you guys good friends? If so just let her know that you heard, and would you like to to something like movies, or bowling, something to get her mind on other things, and above all else just listen, don't offer advice, she won't want to hear it.

id say depends how much she likes the guy. if shes in love with him try to make her realise that hes not perfect by pointing out his bad points, and that hes not good enough for her. if she doesnt like him that much, say it will be ok and shell find some one else. if you say that to her an shes in love she might get angry - saying she doesnt want to find some one else. i hope shes ok

Sympathize with her. The best thing you can do is listen. Assure her that she is a beautiful person and she will get through this.

"Fancy a f*ck?"

Hell, she can only say no and what have you got to lose? Chances are her self-esteem is a little low and maybe she could do with the attention and excitement?
