Home treatment by inhaling medicines suggested gives a very good relief as per the site shown as source. You may see the site for further help:
1. An air-filled cavity in a dense portion of a skull bone. The sinuses decrease the weight of the skull. The sinuses are formed in four right-left pairs. The frontal sinuses are positioned behind the forehead, while the maxillary sinuses are behind the cheeks. The sphenoid and ethmoid sinuses are deeper in the skull behind the eyes and maxillary sinuses. The sinuses are lined by mucous-secreting cells. Air enters the sinuses through small opening in bone called ostia. If an ostium is blocked, air cannot pass into the sinus and likewise mucous cannot drain out

2. Three ingredients found in 99% of all health stores are the key to getting rid of your painful sinus infections. These ingredients are very powerful and when used correctly will melt away your sinus infections.
Once you buy these you use a special technique to vaporize the ingredients and then you inhale them through your nose. They go directly to work killing the infection and clearing up your nasal passage.
Within 12-24 hours you will have cured your sinus infection and then you repeat this process 2-3 times a week to make sure sinus infections never haunt you again!
This works fast and feels so good...

If you have a headache, you can buy over-the-counter sinus relief tablets, if when you lower your head the pain is sharp, you need to see a doctor and get medication for acute sinusitis
