just before leaving the restarant i went back to where the waitress's hang out and asked one of the other girls about the one named Concetta, unfortunately she had already went home so i asked one of the girls to give her my number to call me,,,i never thought i would hear from her but she text me this morning and said she is curious as to who i am i text her back and asked if i could call her sometime she hasn't text back yet but i told her that i thought she was gorgeous and that i wanted to get to know her and maybe be goodfriends,,,do you think she will text me back and if not would i be out of order if i call her without permission,,,she obviously didn't mind that i have her number now but how should i play this coz she is gorgeous?

Just go back to the restaurant and introduce yourself...tell her that you are the one that left your number, and you just wanted to stop in and say hi....leave your number again, and then tell her that your not going to stalk her, but if she is ever interested in dinner....please call.....then leave it at that, if she calls....cool!..If not, then leave her alone. The girl may have fall for you. try not to call her now, maybe three day from now, if she dont call you, you can then later call her to fix how you are going to see her and to know her more but if she called you that mean the girl had already fall for you, you should know your next step.

Why not go back to the restaurant and see her, she may not be interested until she sees your face.

Well, i guess it's simple, show you're interest... send her flower at work, that's where you met her the first time, so this would be appropriate... then, send another text message... and ask her out on a date... then, i suppose, it is up to her...
