I think that most people regard it worse if their ex goes off with someone they regard as unattractive - they feel it's a reflection on them somehow. And you think - why on earth did I get dumped for THAT?
If we are just concerned with outward appearance, though, it may explain why we got dumped in the first place.
However, the worst thing is being dumped full stop, if you really liked the person, no matter how attractive your ex's new partner is.

Dumped for somebody nice-looking means he's a physical superficial person who, disgustingly, is always trying to 'trade up.'. If you were dumped for somebody ugly, it means he found your personality lacking, or the personality of the ugly girl entrancing. In this case, he's not a jerk at all. So if you want him to be a jerk for dumping you, you should hope for somebody pretty.

The nice looking girl would probably make you more jealous because you would understand why he dumped you for her, but if she were ugly it would probably lower your self-esteem...for the fact that she`s ugly and he dumped YOU to got out w/ an ugly chick...probably lower your self-image too.
Just need to remember you could probably do way better...

getting dumped for a nice lookin girl is acceptable. but not for an ugly one unless she is good at heart.

being dumped all together if u was going out with somone who is ugly u must ave liked somethin els about him so weather they are good looking or not it would still hurt

Looks are relative, you may think someone is ugly, but others may think they are stunning. Getting dumped is worse, but getting revenge is sweet lol....

well i think getting dumped in the first place is not that pleasing but think of it like this... that person wasn't the one so move on... mr. or mrs. right aight going to dump you in the first place.
