Paying tthe Bills after, I suppose. Otherwise, there is not much difference going to the dentist anywhere.

It is not only paying the bill, but waiting close to 1 hour after your appointed time and having the dentist that you are scheduled to see delegating his work to the dental assistant.

-and the fact that there are so many dentists out there that want to give you "cutting edge" treatments that you don't need..and that will hike up that bill even more.

Probably the same as in the UK if you haven't got a dentist which does NHS work....THE BILL.
