that would be "eswar 4(for) u(you)"......eswar is probably the guy's name.....eswar means God....so thats "God For You"......weird

Eswar is not an un-common name in India. If the person who said it is "Eswar" then thats his way of 'signing-off' a personal message. If thats a 'blessing' I would ready it a "God for you" or "God be with you"
