A slightly sweet dough, similar to a doughnut or pancake batter, that is deep fried. It is put into the oil in a string released from a funnel into a round pile in the oil. When golden brown it is sprinkled with powdered sugar.

it tastes like pancake mix, the difference is that it is thinly poured by strips and deep fried and loaded with extra powdered sugar. YUM
