Please see the web pages for more details on Dry skin (Xeroderma). I massage regularly arms and legs with olive oil immediately after taking bath. I am a diabetic patient. Diabetic patients have dry skin in their arms and legs.

first try using coconut oil all over the body at least 45 minutes before bath every day, u might find that your skin is absorbing the oil very fast, no problem, apply little more , then have nice bath with Dove liquid soap or cake , remove the oil nicely, try oil bath for at least 6 months, if satisfied carry on . if problem persists take regular bath don't scrub the water with towel, but just dab it so that there is little moister left, apply Cetaphil Moisturising Lotion ,available at chemist ,all over the body, wait for few minutes and put n your clothes. both work for me well

why do u need to convert ? your skin is dry, so, apply a moisturizing lotion ( lakme peach milk moisturizer , ponds cold cream, garnier cold cream with honey, nivea) and use a mild face wash. never use soap on your face ! for body lotions u can try out vaseline body lotion with milk cream, its very effective.
